I am a seasoned leader and executive with over four decades of experience in the tech industry. My successful career, which includes board service, mentoring, volunteering, and extensive global travel, has taught me the importance of balancing and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle amidst demanding schedules. It has been challenging, but achieving the balance I need is worth the time and effort. I am excited and honored to help my clients achieve the balance they need.
Having personally battled the negative impact of stress on physical and mental well-being, my passion for helping others achieve optimal health and wellness is deeply rooted. As a former competitive runner, I intimately understand the dedication and commitment required to live a healthy life and empathize with the challenges that can arise along the way. Progress, not perfection, is one of my mantras.
